About Insify
At Insify, we’re on a mission to transform the world of insurance, making it simple, transparent, and tailored to entrepreneurs. We know running a business takes time, grit and above all: passion. We’re here to protect those passionate entrepreneurs, so they can focus on doing what they love (and that's not going through a whole lot of insurance hassle most of the time).

Our hiring process
We know applying for a job is a big step, and your time is valuable. That's why we like to keep things as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Here are the 5 steps you can expect when applying for a role with us: 1. Application review We’ll review your application and get back to you within five working days. No ghosting or endless waiting, we promise. 2. First chat Next up, you’ll have a chat with one of our recruiters. We want to hear all about you: your experiences, your career dreams, and why Insify excites you.
3. Hiring manager Interview Time to dig a little deeper! In this chat, we’ll focus on your skills and how you’d rock the role. 4. Practical assessment For some roles, you'll complete a practical assessment. Whether it’s a case study to showcase your skills or, for engineering roles, live coding challenges and a system design interview for senior positions. 5. Values interview Finally, you’ll meet a few Insify team members. We’ll talk about your alignment with our values (yes, the ones above). For some roles, you may even meet our founder and CEO: the one and only Koen.
