Recently, we caught up with Abhishek Chand, one of our sales team members, to hear about his journey of growth and impact at Insify. Abhishek: "I was drawn to Insify because of its innovative approach, especially after experiencing the slow progress at larger companies. The opportunity to refine processes and contribute to developing new sales strategies was exactly what I was looking for. A memorable moment from my early days was being included in strategic meetings with managers to discuss solutions to our first significant challenges. It was clear from the start that my voice mattered, and I could help shape how we tackled problems and improved our processes."

Unexpected skills

Abhishek: "One of the most unexpected skills I developed was the ability to effectively navigate cross-functional collaboration. Coming from larger companies where roles were more segmented, I quickly learned to adapt my communication style to work with colleagues across different departments, from product development to customer support. My proudest achievement has been helping build Insify's first-ever sales team. Contributing to the sales department's foundation was incredibly rewarding, especially in onboarding new colleagues and ensuring they felt prepared to succeed. I've been working on optimizing our sales system, and seeing the initial positive results in creating a more efficient workflow has been particularly fulfilling."
